CLIMMAR Introduces New Board Members

Online since 14-03-2025
CLIMMAR, the European network of agricultural machinery and equipment dealers, proudly announces the appointment of its new board members following the Annual General Assembly held in Brussels on 13 March.
"In these challenging times, I look forward to working with my excellent colleagues on the new Board to continue to support and advocate for agricultural machinery dealers across Europe. Together we will continue the great work of our predecessors and try to meet the challenges of our sector," stated newly elected President Tomáš Kvapil.

The newly elected board consists of four members: a President, two Vice Presidents, and a Treasurer. Tomáš Kvapil, nominated by the Czech CLIMMAR member SDZT, has been elected as President, succeeding Roberto Rinaldin. The two Vice Presidents are Jan Henrik Holk from the German CLIMMAR member LandBauTechnik and Romain Meunier from the French CLIMMAR member SEDIMA. Isabella Fontana from the Italian CLIMMAR member Federacma will serve as the new Treasurer.

Tomáš Kvapil (54) brings extensive expertise to his new role, having driven technological advancements at Agrall in Bantice since 1994. He has served as President of the Czech Association of Agricultural Machinery Importers (SDZT) since 2016. With over 30 years of experience in the sector, the association can build on a strong knowledge base for the future.
Romain Meunier (42), Vice President, is an entrepreneur of an agricultural machinery dealership in Orléans since 2010, with a background in strategic marketing and digital business development. Having previously worked in the Netherlands, he brings a clear European outlook to his new role.
Jan Henrik Holk (47), Vice President, is a seasoned professional in the agricultural machinery sector, currently serving as Managing Director at LVB-Steinbrink (KRONE Group) dealership in Gronau. With a background in mechanical engineering and experience in after-sales services, Holk's dual perspective as both a dealer and manufacturer position him to effectively address challenges of the sector.
Isabella Fontana (41), treasurer, from Piacenza, where she has headed the robotics division since 2017 and oversees the financial management of the family-owned dealership specialising in agricultural and gardening machinery, a company in its third generation. With a degree in management engineering, Fontana has extensive experience in credit risk management and business analysis. As chair of CLIMMAR's Gardening Working Group, she draws on her extensive knowledge of the gardening dealerships throughout Europe.

The new board is committed to building upon the foundation laid by its predecessors, who served diligently since 2022. Their focus will be on advocating for the hard-working dealers of the 17 CLIMMAR member organisations at European level, with a look ahead to the forthcoming CLIMMAR Congress in Turin, Italy, hosted by Federacma.
