Presentation of the CLIMMAR Dealer Satisfaction Index at the EIMA 2024
Online since 07-11-2024
CLIMMAR, the Association of Dealers and Distributors of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment, presented the results of its annual DSI survey at EIMA in Bologna, Italy. The Dealers Satisfaction Index survey took place from April to May 2024; and involved now 11 countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Luxembourg and Sweden.
The objective of the survey is not to compare one brand with another, but to provide a foundation for constructive dialogue to address areas of dissatisfaction.
The survey commenced on 4 April 2024 and concluded on 31 May. As in the previous year, 11 countries participated in the survey this year. The response rate for 2024 was 33%. Please note that the survey does not cover products sold by the manufacturer.
The objective of the Manufacturer-Distributor Relationship Satisfaction Index is to provide distributors with a means of expressing their level of satisfaction with their manufacturer. This is achieved through a questionnaire comprising 15 headings and 73 questions.
The results of the questionnaire serve as a tool for manufacturers to work with their network to identify and address areas for improvement, which is beneficial for both parties.
